2. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
For bulk orders more than 100 Kg per item then you can contact us through the phone number provided or through the enquiry form.

4. How long can I expect to wait on average for a shipment to arrive?
3 to 5 business days.
5. Can I purchase if I am outside of India at the moment?
Currently no, but we will start facilitating that soon.
6. What kind of spices do you offer?
All high-quality Kerala spices as of now.
7. What makes your product so special from the others on the market?
We bring the hand-picked products to our customers directly from our network of Farmers in Kerala.
8. Do I get any benefits as a bulk buyer or long-term customer?
Yes, after the first order is placed, you would receive a mail with the promo code for future orders. For bulk orders more than 100 kg per item, you can contact us directly through our Whatsapp number given below or also through the enquiry form.
9. How can I track my shipment?
Consignment details will be sent to the customers after the order is placed, with the details to track the shipment.
10. What shipping provider do you use?
We use Blue Dart as our delivery partner.
11. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can at the time of check-out.
12. Do you sell quality products?
We sell only premium hand-picked products.
Cancellations & Returns
13. Will I get a refund? What are the conditions under which I could obtain a refund?
Message us with the complaint. Also an unpacking video is must. If it's a valid complaint, the refund will be done without any questions asked in 3 to 5 business days from the date of us receiving the shipment.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
No Cancellation allowed once the order is made.
